The Ting Tings are an English indie-pop band, consisting of two members: Jules De Martino (drums, guitar, vocals) and Katie White (vocals, guitar, bass drum). They were originally from Leigh, Greater Manchester. They formed in 2006 while based at Castle Irwell, Salford. They have released 3 singles on their current label Columbia Records including the single "That's Not My Name" which charted straight at Number 1 in the UK Singles Chart on May 18, 2008. The album We Started Nothing was released on May 19, 2008 and also charted at Number 1 in the UK.

sunt draguti ,la inceput am fost obsedata de " that's not my name " ,acum am lasat-o mai neted
" shut up and let me go " e simpatica sa zicem ,imi place de ei doi ca sunt haiosi asa si se potrivesc gen !

Wiiiiii si mie-mi plac!
Desi "shut up & let me go" si "that's not my name" mi-au placut doar nespus de putin, la inceput. Acum pur si simplu nu prea le ascult.
In schimb mi-am luat acum cateva saptamani albumul si au niste melodii  "we walk", "we started nothing", "fruit machine", "traffic light" sunt in frunte 8>
Nu stiu, au un stil asa... mai ales clipurile nu sunt exagerate sau extravagante, imi plac ;; )
le: de fapt mi-am amnitit. Sunt unele momente in care Katie are o voce asa subtire si aproape stridenta  dar imi plac in continuare

...stupizi din toate punctele de vedere.
adica....tampiti pur si simplu...sau poate anormali.... :-??
sincer,nu ma incanta,sunt parca prea cu aere de punk sau cv de genu si destul de cam extrem comerciali

pur si simplu groaznici.
vai, asta nici nu se poate numi muzica. eventual "zgomot".
cand i-am ascultat prima oara nu mi-au placut deloc. dupa aia am zis sa le mai dau o sansa si am mai ascultat o data, dar tot nu m-au convins cu nimic. melodii foarte puerile, comerciale, repetitive.
au avut noroc ca iTunes i-au promovat. altfel nu auzea nici dracu de ei.
nu am nimic cu ei, numai ca nu ma incanta deloc muzica lor.

dar am vz pe Vh1 un clip nou de-al lor....ceva cu Bang Bang si nu mai stiu cum  numai k pe youtube nu l-am gasit....whatever

hei ,all in all sunt chiar haiosi si charismatici astia doi
si nu sunt comerciali ci sunt fun ,adica ati observat ca melodiile lor n-au versuri lacrimogen ,cel putin melodiile pe care le-am mai ascultat eu !
