Aici, vreau sa va lamuresc ceva: Visual kei nu e un stil de muzica. E un stil, practic, de viata.
Visual Kei
Visual kei ( vijuaru kei, lit. "visual style") refers to a movement among Japanese musicians , that is characterized by the use of eccentric, sometimes flamboyant looks. This usually involves striking make-up, unusual hair styles and elaborate costumes, often, but not always, coupled with androgynous aesthetics.
These looks have enjoyed popularity among independent underground projects, as well as artists achieving mainstream success, with influences from visuals-conscious Western phenomena such as glam rock.The music performed encompasses a large variety of genres, i.e. pop, heavy metal and electronica. Magazines published regularly in Japan with visual kei coverage are Arena 37°C, Fool's Mate and Shoxx. Noted bands who at least at some point sported a visual kei theme conține Dir en grey, and X Japan.
Popularity and awareness of such groups outside of Japan is sparse, but has seen an increase in recent years. While the successful X Japan launched an attempt to enter the international market as early as 1992, it would still take another decade until live concerts and regular domestic releases by visual kei themed bands in Europe and North America came to pass.
This movement originaly start in the 70s when the first jrocks bands start appearing, trying to copy the new styles that where entering to Japan. They star taking their look from bands as Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple.
Some of the bands start taking a female look.
Visual Scandal and Murbas/'Visual Violence.
- In the 80s the bands start transforming their look in something more based in theKabuki Theather.
Seikima II and Kabuki Rocks
- At the same time, some of the bands became really famous and we still remeber many of them, they start adding a Gothic style, Metal and with a lot of influences of the Classic musis and Glam style.
Buck-Tick and X Japan
- The 90s is considered the start of the Visual Kei as we know it now.
The bands start experimenting with new styles of music, not only heavy metal and rock, sound of pop, techno, gothic and punk start appearing.
Malice Mizer and Lareine
~Oshare Kei~
Began to appear in Japan around 2001.
Oshare=stylish, fashionable or fashion conscious
When Oshare began, the majority of the Visual scene was normally considered to be "dark" in style and lyrical content.
Modern Pop/Punk.
Lyrics, tend to focus on subject matter that is positive, often about love and relationships.
Clothes: usually bright colorful striped stuff looking cute and childish
Bands: Antic Cafe, LM.C, Panic Channel, Baroque, Shelly Trip Realize, Ichigo69 and Shoujo Lolita 23q -- Ayabie
~Kote Kote Kei~
Kote Note Kei
One of the most traditional styles in the Visual Kei.
Got his big hit in the 90s.
Always in this style each member of the band need to have a different hair color, so that the fans could recognise them.
Hair colors: red purple blue orange
Clothes: leather cauciuc corsets big and really high plataforms
Accesories: glamorous scarfs gloves rings hats and earings excesive make up
Bands: Syndrome, La Mul, Blood, Due le Quartz, Madeth Gray'll, D and in general all the bands that where in the label Matina
~Elegant Gothic Lolita/Elegant Gothic Aristocrat~
Style that came from the Gothic music.
Clothes EGL: like the old antic dolls childish
Clothes EGA: gothic japanese style
Bands: Malice Mizer, Lareine and Moi dix Mois.
~Euroguro Kei~
Euroguro=Erotic and Grotesque
The make up is usually use so that the members of the band have bad look.
Clothes: jacket blouse destroy clothes vinil
Bands: Despairs Ray, The Piass, Cali?Gari and Kagerou.
~White Kei~
They have a light sound.
Lyrics: usualy melancolics
Usually the vocalist is dress in white.
Bands: Heidi and Alice Nine.
~Koi kei X~
Koi=The sense of Love
Kei=For the style
X=Contamination
It have like a POP/ROCK music style.
Lyrics: Love
Clothes: punk japanese style destroy clothes chains pins
Bands: Miyavi, Kagrra, The GazettE, Alice Nine (Usually all the one that are label by PS Company) and Gackt
~Angura Kei~
Angura=Undergruond
Bands with a lot of influence of the autentic japanese music.
Clothes: kimonos japanese school uniforms tipic japanese clothes
Make up: black and withe
These bands try to get the most possible japanese style without the other countries influence.
Bands: Guruguru Eikagan, Inugami Circus Dan, Onmyouza and Kagrra.
Informatiile sunt scrise de mine pentru un club jrock in engleza si nu m-am mai obosit sa le traduc, gomen. Toti cei care apar in poze sunt barbati.

M-am indragostit....lol...e asa mijto 
cineva odata ma intrebat daca Mana Sama de la Moi Dix mois nu e fata din cauza machiajului si a stilului de a se imbraca 
si eu m-am enervat si i-am zis ca e baiat si mnoh......
mersi ca ai pus astea aici
am aflat ceva nou....ca adevarui ca nu prea le am cu J-rocku....ascult Moi Dix mois dar nu stiu mai nimic despre J-rock&co.
mnoh...is mai inculta... 
si mnoh...acuma m-am documentat oleak

Ooooh, multimim pentru aceasta lectie interesanta, Közi~sama. Eu nu prea ascult J-rock, mai mult J-pop, dar chiar mi-a placut. Aflam ceva nou in fiecare zi . Cat despre faptul ca sunt confundati cu fete... Nu fi asa trista, Alexy_BlackRose, e atat de usor pentru persoanele superficiale, care nu stiu despre ce e vorba dar tot se baga in seama, sa faca asta  .

Yay @____@... Trebuie sa iti placa si sa te pasioneze mult incat sa ai rabdare sa ne impartasesti toate informatiile astea (ma rog, probabil cu copy/paste a fost mai rapid) dar totusi... Eu stiam doar despre Oshare Kei si White Kei, nah, ce ascultam. Habar n-aveam de Koi kei X cu toate ca ascult Miyavi si Alice Nine si Gazette asa ca thank you!
Si din cate am citit Toshiro este doar producator, compozitor si regizor. Poate ca mai si canta, stiu eu...

eram chiar curioasa de întocmai informatii,imi plac frizurile si stilul lor traznit...

imi place ca sunt foarte colorati majoritatea,si aia care spun ca's fete is prosti!

visual kei&co rocks!
imi place stilul lor libertin, moda nu are limita, nimic nu e "prea colorat", "prea extravagant".....poti sa fi TU INSATI cu adevarat
in tara noastra, de care ma abtin sa comentez mai mult, daca te-ai imbraca asa ai fi considerat nebun(a)/satanist(a)/ciudat(a).....wtf?!? 
fara a mai lungi vorba, ador modul lor de exprimare
